#6: Re: 106 GTI Leathers in a 206 Author: seany_brown, Location: Wrexham, North WalesPosted: Thu May 17, 2012 4:23 pm ---- not really, i was meerly asking if the mounts for the 106 seats line up with with 206 seats, all ways a c**k on every forum
#7: Re: 106 GTI Leathers in a 206 Author: Harry, Location: StaffordPosted: Thu May 17, 2012 4:26 pm ---- Have you looked at the subframe mounts? They are completely different 206s are all floor and 106s are two bolts on the floor and two on the side.
If you want to somehow merge them onto 206 sub frames then yes it could be doable but doubt it would be straight forward at all, especially trying to make them recline.

#10: Re: 106 GTI Leathers in a 206 Author: seany_brown, Location: Wrexham, North WalesPosted: Thu May 17, 2012 4:31 pm ---- haha, nah just on my 2nd year in the mechanic trade, only done a few sills in work, not confident to do it to my own car yet, set the thing on fire haha!
#11: Re: 106 GTI Leathers in a 206 Author: Harry, Location: StaffordPosted: Thu May 17, 2012 5:00 pm ---- Nah it isn't difficult mate as long as you have the material just a lot of measuring and adjustment to get them right obviously do it out of the car then just try and fit them then take them back out to adjust.
Done them with bucket seats before, but it will be a right pain getting them to recline on different subframes
Probably best not unless you have quite a bit of experience with it
