I quite like them, but I'd like to know what they are.

They are 4x108 et20.

On the back it has the following 17 x 7J Et 20 BZ 22 And that's it apparently.

For some reason it didn't show but I wrote at the top of that link I have googled it and this site came up. Some similar wheels on there.
