#1: creeking steering? Author: Adam2061994, Location: WrexhamPosted: Sun May 27, 2012 5:04 pm ---- right i have been experiencing some creaking when im turning the wheel left and right whilst im stationary, i think it maybe my steering column. also had a squeak in my wheel every time my wheel goes round, ive had new discs and pads 3 weeks ago so it cant be them? any ideas?

sounds like something i had in the past where my tensioner on my cambelt was slacking, every time i turned steering wheel it creaked and screeched.

Did you notice any noises before you had cambelt done?
