#3: Re: torque bolt size Author: paulspug, Location: Spalding lincolnshirePosted: Mon May 28, 2012 8:47 am ---- i have a haynes manual , but nowhere does it state what size torque socket to use. Even at the back where it states all the tools to use, it does not say sizes just torx of various sizes.
So ofc you obviously dont know and are trying to be smart ass.
To which i agree to the latter part

#5: Re: torque bolt size Author: spike_202, Location: West midsPosted: Mon May 28, 2012 10:07 am ---- Well for a start read your 1st post you asked what size torque bots ? I was assuming what you wrote was refuring to was 'what should they be torqued up to'. Torque is a value of tighness not size of a socket.
Torx is an allen key end with spikes.
I'm not a smartass I just no the difference.

Anybody that wants to do diy maintenance on a 206 should have a set of Torx bits & sockets to cover all the sizes used.
