I was planning to fit new axle trailing arm bearings on my gti. But today the o/s has collapsed. So no point in replacing them. I cant be bothered with it now, but I want to sell it and no its worth f**k all with a knackered axle. Dont no what my best option would be. Sell as it is or try and source a tidy axle and fit that then sell it. I have an axle that requires new bearings (has about 3mm of play either side) be worth fitting that just to get rid. Oh and I want to get as much for it as I can. Plan to get another civic type r when its gone.

Spend £150quid getting a new axle and put that on.. Don't bother messing if you are going to sell it.

Goin to take the axle off the blue gti and fit that. Aint spending anymore money onit. Its had new wishbones, cambelt kit and water pump. All fluids changed including oil and new track rod ends. Just needs a cv boot and the anti-roll bar link rods. I think im goin to ask £800 for it.
