So...... i bought the 180 in dec and this is the progress so far !
first thing was getting some L.E.D lights on

a few new parts for the pug
k&N typhoon induction kit

Janspeed exhaust

Took longer than we thought but thanks to mattyp and carter we got the old one off and fitted the janspeed.

Inlet manifold looked tired and plain Sad time to make it shine

Fitting the shiney manifold some time next week!

new rear dampeners sorted Smile

Does it sit Bhind the fog? Also may be just my eyes but have you still got the protective cover/film still on the cone?

#13: Re: project 180 Author: Parkerspug, Location: Plymouth PostPosted: Sat Jun 30, 2012 2:41 pm

its a breathable sleave that goes over thee filter! stops the wet and general dirt getting into the filter.
Yea sits right behind the fog light! sounds amazing Smile had a viper kit on my old 206 and this typhoon kit just roars so much more! best buy for the 206 yet Smile

Cool didn't know that lol, I had a ripspeed cone on mine when I 1st had it 5years ago and sounded mint but used to much petrol hearing the sound, so got a panel filter then had it throttle bodied lol.

So it is a case of taking it off and getting it on a bench like I did with my old VTS cam covers ... long that, they took long enough and they were rectangles lol.

Thought you might have had it chromed or something!

Inlet & the blue Typhoon look good the rest is not to my taste, but I appreciate the effort :).

I'm assuming he worked his way up through fine wet and dry paper, and then finished with someting like Autosol metal polish. That's what I do anyway
