Random wire on coil pack

I have recently had a look at my engine on my peugeot 206 1.4lx 1999 and there is a wire coming off the coil pack, there's the main wire but there is another one with a plug on the end conected to a blank plug whole but there is 2 pin conectors inside the random plug, does anyone know what this might be ? Please help

Tthrottle-body heater which you don't have because the later plastic version is fitted.

Heater was used on the aluminium type TB to prevent icing-up in very cold-wet countries/conditions.

How come its on the car is it just incase it has to be changed or has already bin changed ?

Probably because peugeot had that type of loom around when they made the car they just don't fit the redundant plugs!
