Stop driving like a t**t & the hazard lights wont be triggerd.

If its a track car then use Peugeot Planet.

If it's bugging by turning on everytime you brake, then you might as well save the money and just wait another few weeks until the car becomes a total loss after you suffer from brake failure from cooking the pads.

Its the autowarn function.

Hazard lights come on for rapid braking or impact.

Can't see what the problem is with turning this off! Need mine doing really off to the nurburgring and can't be worrying about turning them off after every braking zone!

They turn themselves back off again when you accelerate.

This function is pretty naff tbh. Lee turned mine on last year and they annoyed the hell out of me. Kept coming on near enough every time I pressed the brake pedal.

Had to wait about 6 weeks before Lee was local enough to pop back to turn them back off.

LEE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL!!!

Woah, rephrase that lol, makes me look like a knob.

I turned it on and off as a favour while I was passing, like you told me too lol.

No. I meant I had to wait 6 weeks until you were local enough to pop over and turn me off.

Almost wish I'd never asked now, lol

I don't on the whole drive like a tw&t, but I do enjoy a 'spirited' drive now and again (why would I bother getting a GTI if I didn't?)
I also don't mind the idea of automatic hazards, I just don't think Peugeot implemented them very well. The problem is they seem to carry on flashing for a rediculously long time after the event that triggered them, which I find rather irritating!

Ideally I'd like a switch so I can leave them on for normal driving, and turn them off when I feel the need to drive like a knob Smile (just like the esp button!)

I just disabled this week after funny pictures from trackday. And I think that function isnt working very well on Peugeots. When on track I'm slowing down 200 km/h to 130 km/h and hazards come on. On Renaults its only coming if you are very fast slowing down to nearly 50-60 km/h.

Hazard on hard braking is on by default, hazard after impact is off by default...

I turned two peoples off today at FCS. I think its a good thing to have as Ive had to brake hard on the road a couple of times and its a good warning so people dont ram the back of you Smile

But they don't always work, amount of people you see with blown bulbs or bulbs in upside down is unreal!

The reason 3 stop lights are fitted is because its part of EU law.

Its a shame a lot of car manufacturers these days dont care about safety & fit the middle stop light to low for styling reasons, EU rule makers should force them to fit the middle light at the top of the rear window where it actually makes sense & has more effect on its original design purpose - soft top cabriolet's excluded.

I wont buy a car with the middle brake light mounted low.
