#1: Rear speakers connections /3-door/NON-mux [Found] Author: V9977, Location: Athens, GreecePosted: Sat Jun 16, 2012 5:44 am ---- I fitted a couple of speakers at the back on my 3-door 2001 non-multiplex.
There were a couple of lines right next to the speaker hole which I connected to.
They don't work so I opened the headunit area and notice there is only four wires going to the ISO block for the speakers.
So where are the cables connected to since I'm pretty sure they where meant for the speaker drivers?
Cheers. Last edited by V9977 on Thu Sep 27, 2012 6:13 am; edited 2 times in total

Brilliant!
The blue connector above (near BSI) is found with just 4 wires going to it.
It's the rear speaker lines which for some reason stop there instead of going to the ISO block.
A blanking dummy plug was present which means for some reason they decided to loom it this way for jan2000-oct2001 1.4i 3-door model.
Colour codes:
Yellow = +ve Left rear
Pink = -ve Left rear
Red = +ve Right rear
White = -ve Right rear

This is for jan2000-oct2001 so non-mux, and they don't even go to the speaker ISO block behind the headunit.
Connector is just dangling free with a blanking plug.
