#1: Airbag ecu Author: Banzai_Baby, Location: LeicestershirePosted: Tue Jun 19, 2012 9:52 am ---- Last weekend i had a bit of a dukes of hazzard event off a hump back bridge. I have replaced the 2 front seatbelts but the airbag light won't go out. I took it to the garage today to get the airbag ecu reset, but it wouldn't wipe the code from the memory. Has anyone got any ideas how or what to do to to get the light off. Its my dads car i i'd prefer if he didn't find out. Its a 2006 206 SW verve

Looks like need to go to the dealer. He mentioned something about a crash sensor. Any ideas where that is ? Would it e possable to disconnect the airbag ecu and still be able to drive or would the light still be on anyway ? Sounds expensive going to peugeot

Cheapest resolution would be to buy a second hand ECU with no crash data sorted!
