#1: Car won't budge!! any ideas? Author: Ashley_206_GTI, Location: Frome, SomersetPosted: Wed Jun 20, 2012 9:42 am ---- Hi guys/girls new to this site and on my first peugeot, had no prblems so far but am puzzled by whats happened now. Jacked my car up to change front wheels, lowered when all done, started car to drive off and car won't budge. Looked at brakes and it seems as if the rear pads are jammed against the discs. seems strange as i havnt touched the rear ones just changed the fronts. Can anyone help, iam going crazy as im carless and car is stranded!! btw i have a 206 gti. any solutions would be most helpful, many thanks

(Do not blame me if you snap your handbrake cable.)
