Yer it will be dirty and full of crap lift the bonnet up and put your hand like into the gap and pull it out

You have to lift it up, twist it 90 degrees then pull it out, it should be white, but it will probably be black when you look at it.

I doubt changing the pollen filter will make a difference.

You've probably got moisture in the carpets or something, try leaving a de-humidifier in there for a few hours, failing that stick the aircon on lol

Dry out the car with a heater Smile (I do it all the time, just make sure you do it safely)

Then learn to use aircon.
