Locking problems

Hi everyone,

I used the search and read some of the topics about bouncing locks but could not find any help so started a new thread.

I have a 2000 reg 5 door 206 which has had the classic bouncing lock problems and now the key fob does not work at all, although I have tested the battery and it is at the correct voltage.

If I lock the drivers side door manually and all locks go down then bounce back up.
If I lock the passengers side door then only the passenger side locks.

I have taken the door panels off and unplugged the drivers side and then passenger side mechanisms alternately to test the locks as suggested in other posts and the behaviour is exactly the same.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Regards,
Charlie
