    ----
so i decided to start keeping a little project post for any little things i decide to do to my car.
basically i have had the car about 6 months its a 1.1 that recently had a complete new engine after the head gasket went
i have also changed the clutch, thermostat, water pump ,spark plugs, oil filter, air filter and coil pack

now for the fun stuff
i have sprayed the interior plastics red and white and installed LED's in the air vents
had some vinyl stripes down the outside of the car and just installed a new grill and exhaust tip which will keep me going till i can afford a complete back box
hopefully Monday will be installing my sub and amp (vibe black cbr12) so expect to be spending a lot of time on here asking dumb questions
hoping in the future to get some decent alloys but with 3 kids cash is pretty tight lol
here is some pics

thanks for reading if you have any constructive comments or advice please feel free

Lose the strips, get some alloys and lower the car then you can say it make you "feel" it be faster, also change the lights to phase 2 or something aswell, makes difference.

Masked Crystal headlights for best light output and style, rear lights can be anything you want. Just don't go with the common chrome lexus lights.

Laughing can totally see what u mean same situation here with paying for insurance on a car i don't drive
would of had quite a bit of cash for lowering spings etc if i didnt have to buy an engine and get it fitted but s**t happens.
the one good thing that comes out of it is you learn as you go along and hopefully one day a duck appears on my posts and everything will change for the better

no cant stand the lexus lights seen quite a few on here i like but gonna keep putting the cash away till i can get the right ones rather than buying cheap s**t thats gonna fail
also still got to get the rest of the interior door cards and glove-box covered

thanks for the advice jayz but currently im quite happy with my stripes and as mentioned earlier the stick on tail pipe s**te from halfords is a stop gap till i can afford a decent exhaust (looks better than the rusty one that was there before)

brought my vibe wiring kit yesterday so hoping to get amp and sub fitted today
