Looks good. Had mine painted a few months back along with my splitter and wiper mechanism cover

Cheers buddy, yeah im considering doing my wiper mechanism cover, did you have the wiper arms done too? If not how does it look next to them? (with them obviously having aged slightly)

Another update haha! Sun comes out and suddenly i get enthusiasm to work on the little pug.

Now this car is 10 years old in 2 months time and to be honest, i try my best to keep it rust free and generally well maintained, clean and in good condition as best i can, but ive looked long and hard over time whilst ive been working on it, and ive only spotted one tiny bit of surface rust which has been bugging me, so today i tackled it, wire brushed it all off to bare metal and masked the area off, then undersealed it, hopefully with how i look after it there wont be too many issues in the future anyway.

Before

And after - wasnt too fussed about it being black as it serves a purpose and its behind the arch liner anyway. one day i may repaint the arches in Aegean Blue, possibly when i give the rear axle a good going over.

Drivers side is perfect interestingly, not a hint of rust.

And fitted the badge today i had prepared a while ago, i didnt want to completely get rid of the chrome, just kind of tone it down a bit, so i have my GTi180 badge on the boot in chrome and thats it back there.
And now just the chrome lion on the front, the surround was painted the same colour as my wheels and i think it just finishes it off nicely.

Couple pics.

This morning with the old badge

During fitting, just liked the pic Razz

And after
