#1: help please Author: anton1989, Location: west midlandsPosted: Tue Jul 17, 2012 3:52 pm ---- 1st thing is, went to fit my 180 seats today and found the wire for the airbag had been cut off ( didnt notice before because old 206 nevr had seat airbags)
this what is left
there the ones on the seat, i was just going to conect them but the wires on the car are a different colour?
not sure if you can see but the seat has yellow, orange, and green/yellow the car has 2 orange and the earth(yellow/green?
what shall i do?
also found this conection under the drivers seat, not connected?
what is it for?
last question;
whats this for?
foundthis when takink the rear pannel off, also not connected?

yes my new one does its a hdi 52 plate
the seat that were fitted ( also hadairbags) but that plug was not connected and there was no where to put it either?

Does the car even have side airbags set up?
Peel back the front door rubber at the base along the sill & look for a black 2 pin connector plug plugged in to a small black sensor that is bolted to the inner sill.
Its right in with the wiring loom.
If there is no sill sensor fitted then dont worry about the side airbags in the seats.

Could the warning be because that lead is out? My horn does not work either? Was told could be comms 2000 though? Waiting till im off work to take it to the garage

im not use to these, the airbag warning light is on clocks in my pre plex.
my question was not anything to do with airbag lights anyways? so dunno why the rolling eyes. i asked what the plugs were???

is there ment to be a white plug on the passengers side?
also there is no codes on the wires, how else can i tell which wire goes where?
