#1: Electric window switch Author: mattvaretto, Location: BuryPosted: Mon Jul 30, 2012 1:40 pm ---- So I took the cover for the above off to paint and the switch with the long plastic piece underneath still attached. When I went to replace it the switch works still but the switch doesn't automatically return to the middle like it should. I've tried taking it apart and refitting it together but still doesn't work. I ended up getting frustrated and just leaving it so any help would be massively appreciated!!

The switch unplugs from the wiring loom.

For the electric mirror connector press the clip in then slide the lever down past it to unlock it.
