#2: Re: bio customs-looking for support Author: -Dave-, Location: North ManchesterPosted: Wed Aug 01, 2012 3:32 pm ---- As its a business page and you want people to see it and use you I would seriously suggest sorting out the numerous spelling mistakes.
#3: Re: bio customs-looking for support Author: 2Oh!6, Location: GloucesterPosted: Wed Aug 01, 2012 3:39 pm ---- £40 a wheel is not really something to go crazy over.
If you want to start a business with it i'd say get a website created and not just a Facebook page.
#4: Re: bio customs-looking for support Author: tomd0801754, Location: MoscowPosted: Wed Aug 01, 2012 3:55 pm ---- I don't like the copy and paste from the seemingly American site.
#5: Re: bio customs-looking for support Author: BioCustoms, Location: LeedsPosted: Thu Aug 02, 2012 10:49 am ---- 20h!6 .. your comment just says aerosols all over it if you think 40 is expensive for a pro job so i have not really got time for you mate and dave you are correct can not argue with that i was to begin with, doing it with a friend but he was a time waster and he set it up i have decided to go solo and only just started it up again over the last 2 days plan on proof reading it all and .... tom whats the point typing the same thing again when its already there im just saving people the hassle of searching it, all it is, is a little pointer of the day .... i didnt expect the gutting when i came back online actually tom i can see where your coming from, it was just a simple solution to save time

#6: Re: bio customs-looking for support Author: tomd0801754, Location: MoscowPosted: Thu Aug 02, 2012 11:41 am ---- Maybe so... However the way you have copied and pasted makes it seem like you have sprayed the car (not sure if you did/didn't) and also as if you wrote the statement. Technically thats plagiarism.
I'm just giving my 2p worth, not really 'gutting' you.
Is this just you? or you and a friend etc?
#7: Re: bio customs-looking for support Author: BioCustoms, Location: LeedsPosted: Thu Aug 02, 2012 11:49 am ---- it was me and a pal but he was just being a fool so I sacked him off ... and ye bud no worries just felt a little bit forceful lol plagiarism I should of put the link to the site that’s one way around it or I could simply make time to write it in my own words lol

#12: Re: bio customs-looking for support Author: BioCustoms, Location: LeedsPosted: Thu Aug 02, 2012 2:11 pm ---- i can understand the first comment i should not of said that but the guy seemed like he was trying to be smart he obviously does not know the refinishing trade it just insulted me a little but I do apologies to 20h!6.. and the second part I was just making a valid point ... if you carried on reading it also says "actually tom I can see where your coming from, it was just a simple solution to save time" ..... So I don’t really see what your trying to say .... I have said that I appreciate everybody’s input and criticism so what’s the problem i really don’t want a bickering thread can we please forget about this
#13: Re: bio customs-looking for support Author: 2Oh!6, Location: GloucesterPosted: Thu Aug 02, 2012 3:00 pm ---- You can get chemical strip, shot blast, sand, powder coat then lacquered for £20 per wheel up to 18" at city powdercoaters.
Chill out, you asked for opinions, you'll get a shocking reputation in a second if you react like that to abit of competition.

I wasn't bickering, I was saying you need to improve your customer skills.
Like when 20!6 said about your prices, instead of going "I can't be arsed with people like you", what you should have done was explain and justify why your prices are what they are, by explaining the process you go through compared to the cheaper option..... That way, the customer can see why yours is more expensive, and also more chance of them coming to you if you are more open and are making them aware.
