Hi lads, just in the middle of changing the clutch and thrust bearing on a 1.1 engine,
Shafts are out and linkages are off, other than the mounts and gearbox bolts what else holds the gearbox to the engine?
Cheers sean

Nothing. Dont forget about the reverse light wire I had to cut mine as it wouldnt come out. Mine is the 180 and there is a gearbox bolt hiding right round the back that may still be in if its still stuck.

Starter motor (gearbox bolts go through it). there's a bolt going through the exhaust bracket as well. The crankshaft sensor and piece of plastic will stay on the engine but be careful not to damage it.

It might be stuck on the dowels if you cant get it off.
