#1: Overspeed Warning Author: Steve206, Location: UKPosted: Tue Aug 14, 2012 12:14 pm ---- I found this setting in my BSI using pp2000, basically its a speed warning system, if you go over a set speed limit it lets you know, i cant get it to work though! It come up on my MFD, but i cant set a speed limit. Does this need to be set in the BSI, or is it related to cruise control?

If that don't work you can use the other speed warming system that all cars have as standard-
the speedometer.

The only thing that controls the speed of the car without driver input is the rev limiter.
Without cruise control you can't set a speed limit that the car can adhere to on a 206.
Saying that though, my VW has, as standard, a speed limiter/governor that isn't connected to the cruise control (accessed via the onboard computer) for winter driving etc. The 206 isn't that technical though lol

If they all have cruise-ctrl I don't know.
