How hard is to fit new lowering springs...how do you do it? Ive seen teh torsion bar guide and that looks achievable but want to know about front springs...

Pretty easy once you've removed the strut. Need some spring compressors etc.
Once you've removed the strut from the car its a case of compressing the springs, removing the top mounts/associated hardware, putting the new springs back on and refitting everything.
If you can do the rear, i'd say you'd have no problems doing the front to be honest.
