So im thinking about lowering my car about 35mm drop on the front and 30mm to stop the roll and for looks. However, it's only a 1.4 so I'm thinking all I really need to do is buy some lowering springs. Or do I need coilovers what do you all think? Also I was thinking of upgrading the ARB what does everyone think!

Personally would just buy springs in your situation like you say, maybe some replacement OE shocks if yours are old just as its all coming apart anyway.
Thats just me though.

The shocks may bottom out with a 30-35mm drop ....
