#1: Steering Wheel/Horn Author: GTSX, Location: Department 79Posted: Sun Sep 09, 2012 12:39 pm ---- I have a problem with the horn not working on my SXi. I did some research on here and tests on the car. It seems the problem is in the steering wheel multiplexed unit.
I tried to take the multiplexed unit off but it doesn't seem to release fully by pushing on the tab. To make things worse I can't get the unit tiireseat properly now either.
Can anyone offer some usefull advice on removing and refitting the multiplexed unit? Last edited by GTSX on Sun Sep 16, 2012 4:59 am; edited 1 time in total

The good news is the horn relay is now clicking but still no horn.
Bad news:
No power at fuses 9, 10, 11 and 12 in the fuse box. Is one of these for the horn (no hand book with the car)?
Can someone send me a photo of where the horn connector block mounts on the airbag unit as it was just laying there when I removed it a it's preventing me from refitting the airbag unit correctly now.
Also can someone tell me which wires from the fuse box go down to the horn?
