#1: ABS and turning left! Author: Jedster, Posted: Tue Sep 11, 2012 12:34 pm ---- Just got an 51 plate 1.6 206 glx 16v auto. Stripped down the brakes and all fine. When braking hard and steering left, there is a lot of crunching/vibration through the pedal and you can here a whirring noise coming from what might be the ABS pump area. It sounds electrical.
Could it be that ring thing on the drive shaft?
