#1: Stereo keep cutting out Author: iainlovatt, Posted: Thu Sep 13, 2012 3:38 am ---- Just bought a new car, removed stereo out of old 206, and when i have come to install it twice now, i plug the cables in with the stalk adapter, and the cd player just seems to start up but then cut out,
Any ideas people, i think i have the wrong adapter, (thanks to Halfords)
Will be attempting it again tomorrow so thoughts welcome!
PS can anyone confirm the number on the stalk adapter, the small box thats parts of the harness, just to confirm my thoughts.

pc99-x44 but its the black box also says a number on it so would like to see if its the same as have been told it looks different,
