Thats not the most helpful of codes, but as you have some indication its towards the fue, i would test the harness for resistance, if there is an air leak allowing more air in reducing the A/F ratio and reading the injector parameters to see whether they are close to the referance value (also check manifold pressure, as anything above 400 milli bars indicates an air leak)
Get back with your findings

problem gone
the problem seems to be the butterfly sticking in the fully closed position, which it is not normally in as it has to be slightly open to allow idle, how ever because the TB is sticking closed the motor has to drive back to open which is more open than the ECU (hysteresis or back lash) expected causing revs to rise and the ecu driving the throttle back to closed then repeats it.
