Splicing which one where?

#1: Splicing which one where? Author: lottley93, Location: Bournemouth/Newcastle/Kent PostPosted: Wed Sep 19, 2012 5:41 am

So Ive got myself some nice shiney new crystals, only thing being that they're H7, and my cars H4.

Ive got me two H7 plugs from a breakers, so for the time being im gonna go down the splicing route, im aware that this creates some sort of dipped/full beam palaver but the cars not going anywhere at the moment and when it does it wont be at night so its no biggie. ill get an adapter when i can find one.

Each has 3 wires, and one on each is the green/yellow, im no electrician but im figuring they go together, the other two however as seen below, on the original you have a whitey one and a purpely one, but on the H7 plug the other two are orange and greeen.
So my question is what goes where?? purple to green? white to green?

Any help whatsoever is much appreciated!!!
Hope this makes sense........ Smile
