If a engine temp sensor was no longer working would it prevent the engine from starting but let it turn over?

But crank shaft position (CPS) for e.g. would.

he have just replace that i think...

the engine may run rough and rich but it will start for sure

His has a cam pos sensor too no?

Just so many things that could cause turn over but not start.

Both throttle pos sensor and crankshaft sensor have been replaced
