How do you remove those plastic collar from the cylinder head?
i have already remove the injectors but 3 of the plastic collar still stuck in the hole
They just melt and glued itself onto the head

mine have always been stuck to the injector when ever i have removed them.

Screw driver and rape the s**t out of it. Just dont let anything drop down the chamber

i should check again during the weekend but i remember most of them were stuck in the hole.
however surprisingly the injector was very easy to pull out
#6: Re: plastic collar on the injectors Author: cartoonhead, Location: North ManchesterPosted: Wed Oct 10, 2012 5:36 pm ---- run the engine untill its nice and hot then while its still hot spray some WD40 around the injectors and let it stand for 10 minutes , remove injector pipes while it stands and then pull the injectors out and try pulling the seat collars out while there warm and soaked in WD.
when i last changed my engine one injector decided it did not want to budge when it was cold so had to do the same thing and it just pulled out once warmed.

im not sure how much they are new from pug but there's orig replacements with the copper washers on eBay
