There are so many different types of 206! What are all the differences? We're looking at a quiksilver at the moment. What's the difference between that and the Sport?

Also, on the 1.4 16v versions, the sport has £135 tax (band F) and the quiksilver £170 (band G). Why??

Yes, both 2003.

You have a 1.4 8v. Is it considered better than the 16v?

Tax bands now are dctated by the cars age and fuel type and carbon emmisions...if one is 8valve and one is 16valve the 16v must have better emmisions than the 8valver if they are 8v and 16v?these prices are for 12months i trust?

I've no idea, if it bothers you that much go for an 8 valve Quicksilver.

For the 1.4 16 valve lump:

SE, Sport, Sport 3 spec are all band F tax.

Quicksilver is band G tax.

No idea Laughing

I know the newer TU1 & TU3 lumps fitted with the w**ky fly by wire throttle are actually dearer to tax then my 2003 vintage TU3 with the old fashioned mechanical throttle cable Laughing
