I've had this problem for ages now but because it's colder and my windscreen inside and out is condensed and even frozen at time I need this sorting

The blowers dines work until the car is really warm around 90 degrees then kick in, otherwise they may work for a split second and stop again

Can anyone shed any light on what could be causing this problem?

Thanks

Blower motor could be playing up. Resistors worn out or could just be temperamental fuse / relay.

Could be your ignition switch on it's way out. Mine use to do this until I couldn't remove my key from the barrel. Ended up having to replace the barrel and switch. The switch was burnt out so I think it may have something to do with the heater as it didn't work when the key got stuck.

Try the resistor first, common item to fail
