We are just sick of the same questions over and over again

But let me put it to you this way, like ANY engine, you verge away from standard parameters and the vehicle tolerences will be affected resulting in a possible increase in consumption (subject to mapping to make the modification run correctly)

a good quality exhaust system plus manifold and better induction with a cold air feed will be a good start.
then cams, headwork and a remap if you want to go further

What He Said

That's your most useful comment mate there's always throttle bodies as well.

With a manifold sport cat cat back system and better induction with a live map you should see around 10-15 bhp other than that you will need the above cams head work ect ect.

And this will use a lot more fuel which is something he doesnt want to do according to his original post.

It's a n/a engine even with all them mods the fuel differnce will be minimal you wouldn't even notice. My st is full Dreamscience stage 3+ and on a 50mile trip the other weekend I got 42 mpg at speeds off around 70-80 mph and around town I'm getting 27mpg.
