Right was driving today then when i put my foot down in 4th to pick up speed, My revs just erratically jump high with hardly no go at all? then on a dual carriage way doing 50 in 5th gear my 1.4 peugeot would never jump rev as quick as that its not that powerful lol i put a video in also. Sometimes it comes and goes but this time i think its staying like that.

I think when you rev it like that and it slips it heats the flywheel and either scores or cracks it can't remember which. Suggest you go to a garage to get it sorted. I believe if you leave it changing or selecting any gear becomes an issue. So you could be calling for a tow home.
