Replace the rear window
OR
Get the conductive repair paint & apply it to your original window, takes some skill, masking tape & a steady hand but it does work.

Used some about 17 years ago on an old Metro & it worked a treat

Its bonded to the tailgate so its a job for a professional, glass cover on your insurance
