Why you are gettin new steering rack ?
because its a quick rack from peugeot sport and the old one was oem!
What is ratio of that rack lock to lock and how much cost of that.

#19: Re: Rally car rebuild Author: Pug206PT, Location: PortugalPosted: Fri Dec 28, 2012 4:17 pm ---- The car is finished and i'm really happy with the result, made 178.6 bhp on the dyno.
I just bought some cheap coilovers!! I think they're not much better than spaxx one's
Ohlins 3 ways just serviced by Ohlins.
I will test the car in the beggining of the year and i hope this suspension will be a lot better than Peugeot Sport!

I'm having some problems with the wiring!
I don't have rear lights and don't know why!!! Just brake and indicators.
I also don't have the hazards (the previous owner of the car cut the wires and the button).
Can anyone help me out???
#22: Re: Rally car rebuild Author: Pug206PT, Location: PortugalPosted: Fri Mar 08, 2013 8:03 pm ---- Hello guys
it's been a while but the car is finished!
I already test the car and the car felt really good!
I'm really happy with the finish result cause I did everything by my own and i'm not a mechanic or electrician so...(maybe it was luck!!)
