Looking at coilovers

I'm looking at possibly getting some coilovers for my 2002 1.4, I know you get what you pay for with these sort of changes, so am taking that into consideration. I'm just looking for a few bits of info and guidance from you wonderful people,

First of all how much would a garage usually charge to change front and rear?
(Will look at a peugeot specialist for torsion lowering) any recommendations?

What extra parts could/would I need? Which are best replaced whilst doing this?

And could I transfer these from my 1.4 to say a 1.6 with no problems for future means?
Any help greatly appreciated,
Many thanks,

Ryan

i got quoted 80quid by demon tweaks to lower my torsion bar which is a good price! and im not sure about the front but youl need your tracking done as soon as its lowered. A lot of people buy new drop links and top mounts and also check your rear shocks.
