Yes

4 wheel alignment machines measure in "minutes."
1 minute is 1/60 of a degree. Yes a very tiny fraction of one degree that is why the moderm equipment is so much better than conventional kit because it is more sensitive.
Having said that a clumsy or lazy operator can still set it wrong.
The 206 should be -7 minutes (toe out) on each front wheel and that is only 0.117 of one degree.
The other advantage of this kit is that it measures in degrees. A lot of older cheaper kit measures in mm. That isn't a problem until you fit different diameter wheels and that offset measurement isn't appropriate because the wheel is a different diameter. But an angle (-7 minutes) doesn't change regardless of wheel size. (Probably not explained well and a drawing would be better.)
Finally: for those who are scrubbing the inside edge of their tyres you can try the following:-
1) check the suspension for defective components and replace those that are worn.
2) get the alignment checked and set.
3) if tyres continue to wear or there were not any defective components do the following:-
4) set the toe out to half or less than manufacturers spec (-2 or -3)
You may find that the fitter is reluctant to do this but you are the customer. Polite but firm works. Even stroke his ego and tell him you will send all your mates if he does a good job.
That will significantly increase your front tyre life. The car may not turn into a corner quite so quick (you probably won't notice in every day road driving but on a track you might) but tyre life will be significantly increased.
NOTE: the above suggestion does not apply to lowered cars. Inside edge tyre wear is probably due to change in camber more than tracking.

Others like Deadeyepaul and iainlovatt have been a big help too.
