#1: Electrical Issue Author: Austin, Location: TelfordPosted: Sun Jan 20, 2013 3:21 am ---- Hi Guys, had my 3rd 206 for nearly a week now and have noticed a couple of issues with lights on the instrument panel. Firstly if I put the front fog lights on then both the symbols are illuminated, if I then switch rear fog on the rear symbol just gets brighter. Also the handbrake symbol is occasionally lit, but only faint, difficult to see it but it is there. I'm thinking earth fault possibly but unsure of where to look to be honest. Any pointers?

Sounds like either an earth fault or a poor electrical connection somewhere. Can't be of anymore help because I have no idea which electrical system your car is running.

Will check the brake level shortly but don't think it's that. Also sometimes I will indicate and as the indicator symbol is flashing the handbrake light flashes with it but as I said it's not fully lit just like a ghosting
