#1: Misfire on restart Author: chewbacca, Location: scotlandPosted: Mon Jan 21, 2013 2:28 am ---- Strange one this,206 1.4 petrol ,Car starts and runs from cold untill parked up.If I attempt to restart within 10 minutes it fires and runs ok.Anything between 10-30 minutes after parking up it misfires and I get the warning lamp and audible beeping.Longer than 30 minutes approximately, it starts and runs ok,I'm assuming because it's cooled down.My thoughts are it's temperature related and the heat builds up as it sits after stopping but I've no idea which sensor or component would cause this.I'm tempted to start replacing obvious parts but thought I would post here in case someone else has had similar troubles.
