How can i tell if my 206 2.0HDi has been lowered?

As it looks quite low and the ride is rather harsh as if its been lowerd/stiffer suspension

I'd say that is standard height or possibly 30mm, the wheels are a different size but heres a 206 at standard height;

Doesn't mean that it hasn't had uprated shocks that are too stiff for the springs so the shocks make it cash over bumps. Have a look at both front and rear shocks and see if they look new or old. I have never heard of a 206 with standard suspension described as harsh.
