It's not the latest scanner but works fine on the 206 and my Jetta. Shows fault codes, descriptions...live data too. Can't moan for that price.

Diagbox, which is the new PP program can be run on Vista or 7 if you can find either a genuine copy of the software or a crack that works.
EOBD readers can be either PC based software with cable or a handheld AIO unit.
All the above are available on selling sites. Probably from £5 upwards.
A decent accessory shop would usually be able to order EOBD readers in if you ask them.
