#1: 1.4 Hdi coolant level light. Author: gixxerkev, Location: wiltshirePosted: Thu Feb 21, 2013 8:59 am ---- My girlfriends 1.4 Hdi coolant level light and "STOP" keep illuminating after about 10 miles of driving. I've checked the level and its at the MAX line, checked for leaks (none), squeezed all the hoses to get rid of any air locks and even bled the heating system and topped up the resevoir again to MAX but the light keeps coming on. Im assuming the level sensor is at fault. Is it easy to replace, if available, and are there different types of sensor.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated because she keeps nagging me to fix it. Thanks.

bit of a rip from PSA as its £43.54 for the sensor part number: 1306 C3
