What manifold would be better for my 206 gti 137

180 manifold
or stainless 4 - 1 manifold
or Stainless 4 - 2 - 1 manifold

4-2-1 but they tend to be long so you'll also need uprated engine mounts to restrict engine movement.

A single modification on its own will get you next to nothing. You need to fit it with other changes to get the full benefit.

rattles down to cost really

180 mani will be less than 100 quid and easyer to fit, might need to change gear linkage slightly not sure

rraceland 4-1 less than 200 quid more noticable gains than the 180 but needs engine dropping a few inch or sub frame removing and some custom work to fit the cat back

the 4-2-1 is over 500 quid and as wdward says will require all engine mounts upgrading and the same work as the 4-1 but the gains will be better

as for the cams i dont think you get alot from them alone you need more head work to get the most out of them and for over 1500 quid for 15-25 bhp max

i got 10bhp from a piper reprofile and that was a cheaper option but still cost near 1000 re profile

with any cams you need a re-map

180 manifold might give you something but doubtfull, raceland is good for midrange torque cant coment on the 4-2-1

i would say you will gain 10 from the map 5 from cams and 5 from manifold max but you wont see them gains indevidually you will need the mapto get the max out of all of them

You have to change to the dog w**k 180 cable setup the 138 rod setup will not clear the 180 exhaust manifold.
