What's this brown connector for?

Behind the upper grill is a loose connector. It's brown, and fed with two wires: one green, one yellow. Not the horn connector as that one is white. NOt the fogs as they are in the right place behind the headlamps.

Wondered if it could be an alarm or something to do with a/c (not that my Style has either!).

What is it for? Doesn't seem to fit in anything ... but it could be what it needs to go on got lost in the recent prang.

Probably the bonnet alarm switch.

Peugeot didn't make separate looms for every model, so I expect that this goes to something from a different spec model. There nothing electric-wise at the front for air con, but as Edward said, maybe previous alarm.

Could it possibly be for the electric fan which has some how unplugged?

Fan wiring comes from the passenger side.

Fans still connected. Bonnet alarm would make sense as it comes from driver side and is about the right length.

Thanks to all for responding!!

Ethernet... or bonnet switch as Ed said from the start.
