#1: Rain sensor missing Author: Rhys249, Posted: Fri Mar 08, 2013 5:08 pm ---- Hi guys, I've recently descoverd that the rain sensor has been removed from my 2001 gti, there are 2 wires tucked behind the cover where the preveous owner has cut the sensor off for whatever reason
would it be as simple as buying a working sensor and conecting the wires to get the auto setting on the wipers to work
Any info would be great, cheers
