#1: Stubby aerial Author: mattvaretto, Location: BuryPosted: Tue Mar 12, 2013 11:37 am ---- I know the stubby aerial has been covered quite a bit in the past but I can't find what I'm looking for and getting very frustrated.
I bought a stubby aerial off another member and went to fit it today. I managed to unscrew the old one but the end of the stubby is thinner than the original so doesn't fit in the hole as it should. So I removed the interior light and surround (front mounted aerial I should mention) to try to unscrew the base but all I am faced with is a circular silver box with the wire connecting to somewhere underneath it and no obvious way to detach it. Can anyone shed any light on this?
