#1: 1.1 oil leak Author: Properphatboy, Posted: Wed Mar 27, 2013 1:48 pm ---- Hi all.
My girlfriend's 206 had an advisory for an oil leak on its last MOT, but not really bothered with it as it's losing very little oil.
Having a look underneath it today (as I was out changing the window mech on it anyway) it had a bit of oil running down the downpipe from the manifold, looking to me like it would be coming from where it looks like the dipstick tube goes to.
So, my questions are:
Is this a common place for it to leak from?
Is there anything else in that are which it could be leaking from?
Is the dipstick tube easy to change? (Looked to me to be a manifold off job, so not worth it)
Thanks in advance for your help.
