#1: Wiper hitting A pillar Author: Danz, Location: HertsPosted: Sat Apr 13, 2013 7:15 am ---- Hi I wonder if anyone can help, my drivers side windscreen wiper is hitting the A pillar. My dad replaced the blades a while back with Bosch ones and everything was fine but now it just scrapes the pillar.
The blades both measure 22" I think I read some where they are different sizes.

This is the problem I have today. I snapped the Bocsh Aerotwin AR22U blades on & the drivers wiper is leaving a patch of dirty windscreen approx. 3"-4" wide along the length of the A pillar. When it's parked, you can see the top 3" is not resting on the windscreen. I look on the back of the box & it doesn't list any Peugeot models.
and Bosch only specify the 26"/19" combo for 206s built from 1998-2000. So, you can determine from that point that Bosch do not recommend any replacement flat wipers other than the former mention combo.
So, before www.wiperblades.co.uk get back to me with a response & a replacement for my drivers side wiper, may I ask if the 21" wiper fully cleans the area alongside the A pillar? The normal 22" wiper does this without a problem.
