Unless it has a private plate, it will have been first registered March to August 2005 at the Manchester office. So originally could have been from either Manchester or Liverpool.

I understood
I bought my 206 last year, in january. But it was already used by a salesman so it had at that time near 200 000 kilometres. I like very much this car, is confortable, and very happy to drive.
I made some trips to the coast of my country and also to different towns in buenos aires and the runing and performance is perfect.
