cold air from speaker grills

hi guys .. first post so HI Laughing

When driving along in my 206 GT i get ice cold air coming thru the door speaker grills, now the funny thing is it only does it when the window is open .
my question is are they designed to be like that or is it a handy fault????

i would say the iner membrane in the door is split.

They do that a quirk I would call it... it became annoying windows up air con on!
